The audience ratings as included on this website are collected by order of Stichting KijkOnderzoek ('SKO'). The intellectual property rights to the audience ratings, presentations, reports and press releases on this website, also including copyright and database law, shall exclusively and fully be vested in SKO. With respect to the drafting of the audience ratings SKO is dependent on third parties and does not provide any warranty with respect to the contents, the correctness or the completeness of the audience ratings and other information on this website.
SKO shall not be liable for claims that are related to the audience ratings or other information or any incorrectness or incompleteness therein. The audience ratings and other information as published on this website may only be used within your own organization. You are not allowed to multiply or disclose the audience ratings or other information originating from this website in any other way without the prior written approval of SKO. Together with each publication, reference to or other use of the audience ratings or other information originating from this website SKO shall have to be mentioned as the source thereof, in the following way: "Source: Stichting KijkOnderzoek. No reuse is allowed without the prior written approval of Stichting KijkOnderzoek."
Customer portal (Klantenportal)
Every day SKO makes an extensive report available on the customer portal with, inter alia, 24 target groups and penetration figures for partners, participants and customers with a continuous contract. All persons or organizations can obtain access to the customer portal against payment. The reports are the property of Stichting KijkOnderzoek and may only be inspected and used with a license issued by Stichting KijkOnderzoek. The user terms and conditions apply in this respect. It is prohibited to obtain access with the login details of another party.
